Hi,
I had 9 films of a rotational angiography. I have extracted the most significant frame from every films so I have 9 frames in DICOM format. Since every film has been acquired at a certain angulation, every frame results in a different position. The 9 frames aren't aligned.
I have to read everyone of these 9 frames and to do a 3D reconstruction.
Can someone suggest what I should do to make it, please?
