I installed the package NiftyRec-2.0.1-Linux-x86_64_nocuda.deb
under Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64. I had to use the option --force-architecture.

In the directory /usr/niftyrec/matlab I find only the files:

activity_128.nii attenuation_01.nii attenuation_02_128.nii PET_SORTEO_01_FDG.S SIMIND_01_PERFUSION.a00

All the .m files such as et_demo_osem.m are missing. These files are not in a different directory either.
There is also missing the directory /usr/niftyreg that is installled in the cuda version.

Did I miss some part of the installation process?
