Sean Stephenson, author of "Get off your buts," is really a mighty man in a small frame. Sean does not like to be referred to as 3 feet tall person limited to a wheelchair. Sean Stephenson has gone through more trials and tribulations that will result in the biggest man fall to his knees. I recently watched an active streaming seminar with Sean also it was very enlightening. The main thing that I learned was we've no excuses because of not achieving whatever our heart desires.

Sean's philosophy is that they are 3 major buts we've to overcome. But #1 is fears which normally start with "but what if I fail, but what if I lose... and continues provided you permit it. Our fears are holding us back, you are able to visit as many self help seminars that you can squeeze into a single lifetime, but before you do what's essential to succeed you are costing you time. The journey of a 1000 miles begins with the first step. The initial step may be the most difficult one to take, but when you're doing so is very hard to stop moving forward. You'll be like an avalanche rolling down hill in which you can get stronger the closer you get to your goal.

Excuses are But #2, which normally begins with but I don't have to do this; however i don't know how you can do that... and is constantly on the infinity. "Excuses are the foundations of nothingness. They serve as monument to inadequacies and people who excels in them seldom do in anything else" is a poem which i heard a long time ago also it still sticks i believe today.

Insecurity is But #3 and what he considers to be probably the most devastating thing that plagues us. Sean believes that insecurity of not feeling like you don't measured as much as standards you have in your mind or set by society is crippling. These insecurities may be brought on by any number of things, but when people felt more secure in their bodies then they is no telling what lengths this World could evolve. This but normally begins with however i am not... (Complete the blank). I'm not sure what but plagues you but whichever one does get over it and move for the success that you deserve in your life, business and relationships.

Sean Stephenson describes his turning point in the book when he stopped feeling sorry for himself in vivid detail as a Four years old child. It had been at this time that he was a might man in a small frame. The question that his mother asked him changed his life forever. He overcame the force within him that kept him living small in the mind. When will you overcome this force and obtain off your "buts"?
