How to make it work: I did previously feel sorry for myself due to having to refuse to sweets and take-aways. However i realized that saying NO to sweets ment saying YES to myself. So keep in mind that every time you say NO to sweets, you are tallying to yourself - to your own self-worth and self-confidence.

3. Patience and determination

The reality: It might take a while to get in better shape and you have to be patient. It requires time for you to learn new eating routine and to get into a regular workout. And at firstly you may lose weight and centimeters slower. And then there will be weeks that you gain some weight. Therefore the weight reduction process can definitely take a long time. But remember the longer you are taking to lose the load, the longer it stays off.

Steps to make it work: Remember why you are attempting to lose weight. Jot down your top 10 reasons for attempting to slim down and have a view it everyday. And then remind yourself what you are working for.

So as you can see losing weight will take more than just dieting and exercise. You need to have the right mindset and with these 3 characteristics you cannot help but achieve success.
