We started our rental business 3 years ago, today we would like to take this opportunity to let you know how satisfied we are with East Inflatables’ products and services.

Prior to opening “our doors”, the goal was to ensure that we purchased the proper inflatables. To start our business, we purchased from Ninja Jump initially, their products are still in good condition till now. Last year, we wanted to choose a new supplier since Ninja Jump price is a bit high, the most important thing to choose a new supplier is to make sure the products were top quality and with warranty as we did with Ninja Jump.

We found East Inflatables Manufacturing is able to make same design as Ninja Jump with reasonable price, then we placed a trial order with 2 simple bouncers to test East Inflatables’s quality, thanks God, their quality are awesome, they add more reinforcement on the bouncers compared with Ninja Jump. East Inflatables offer us a more sophisticated solution in our marketing efforts. They provide best possible package deals and as much marketing tools as they can (such as detachable banners with the name and contact information of our business, also the business card holder). They are really helpful!

We are now regular customers of East Inflatables, we purchased bulk orders from them every year, and it came to be very easy to operate the inflatable business with the awesome products and wonderful after-sale service. In fact, we have decided to build our product line exclusively with EINFLATABLE products. Our reasons were pretty simple: EAST INFLATABLES thrives on customer service and customer satisfaction.
